Tons of exhibitors lined the IBS New York show this year featuring every conceivable tool and product for beauty professionals. Essential products for salons were displayed on the show floor (I picked up a few bottles of my favorite Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy shampoo and hair conditioner from Coppola) and attendees packed the Main Stage programs.

I was lucky to catch the Main Stage performance by Vivienne Mackinder, five-time winner of the North American Hairstyling award, and one of the most highly respected international leaders in the hairdressing profession today.
