How To Donate Or Recycle Vidcat Fashion Show DVDs
Vidcat has been offering Fashion Show DVDs on our website for over 10 years.
Many of our customers love the fashion footage and keep all the DVDs in their personal library. However, when the time comes to de-clutter or move, they often ask us the best way to dispose of the DVDs. We always suggest a few options for responsible ways to reduce waste and be environmentally friendly.
- Donate/Reuse: Many local libraries and schools would love to have fashion show DVDs (or the DVD cases for reuse.) Make sure to contact the organization and see what they are willing to accept before donating. Also, check with your accountant to find out what documents you may need to make the donation a tax deduction.
- Recycle: Most communities will not allow curbside recycling of DVD cases and disks. Make sure to check on Earth911 for local recycling centers in your area that may take your DVDs. You can also send your DVDs and DVD cases to a specialized recycling center like CD Recycling Center Of America. There is no charge for proper destruction and recycling, but you pay for shipping costs.
